Attorney Nicole Carroll
As a founding partner of The Carroll Law Firm, Nicole Carroll is dedicated exclusively to the practice of family law. As such, Ms. Carroll strives to zealously represent her family law clients, throughout the litigation process, while keeping focus on the overall welfare of the families involved. Ms. Carroll works closely with her clients to provide candid advice, guidance, and civil trial advocacy. Ms. Carroll is keenly aware of the faith, trust, and expectations her clients place in her and she aggressively works toward meeting those expectations.
Ms. Carroll earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Personnel Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of North Texas in 1993. Thereafter, Ms. Carroll attended law school and earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1997.
Nicole Carroll began her legal career as in-house counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies. At State Farm, Nicole Carroll handled cases involving auto accidents and other personal injury matters, taking many cases to trial. Thereafter, she joined the law firm of Godwin Gruber in Dallas, Texas, where she developed and honed her trial skills. Nicole Carroll gained experience in all phases of litigation through case preparation, trial, and appeal, defending numerous personal injury, toxic tort, and product liability lawsuits on behalf of major corporate clients, including Fortune 500 corporations. She has also worked for Jenkens & Gilchrist, Dallas and Spain & Hastings, Ft. Worth, where she handled similar types of civil litigation matters as well as family law cases.
Attorney Nicole Carroll has been admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
Attorney Clay Carroll - Of Counsel
Clay B. Carroll graduated from the University of Texas – San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cumberland School of Law. Attorney Clay Carroll is licensed to practice law in Texas (2001) and represents clients as a product liability, asbestos litigation, premises liability, trial law, and wrongful death attorney.
In June 2004, Clay Carroll assisted Ron Eddins in obtaining a $10 million jury verdict against Ford Motor Company in Brazoria County, Texas. This verdict is the largest for a household mesothelioma victim in the history of asbestos litigation.
Attorney Clay Carroll is of counsel to The Carroll Law Firm and provides expertise on a number of topics related to family law. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
