Nicole Renee Carroll

Nicole Carroll is a native Texan who earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Personnel Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of North Texas. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Nicole Carroll took some time to explore her career options and was employed in the underwriting department of State Farm Insurance Company. Afterwards, she attended law school and earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University in 1997.

After receiving her business degree and law degree, attorney Nicole Carroll began her legal career back at State Farm Insurance. Working as an in-house attorney in the company's captive law firm, Paul Van Ness & Associates, Nicole Carroll handled cases involving auto accidents and other personal injury matters, taking many cases to trial. Shortly thereafter, she accepted an opportunity to join the firm of Godwin Gruber in Dallas, Texas, where she developed and honed her trial skills. Nicole Carroll gained experience in all phases of litigation through case preparation, trial, and appeal, defending numerous personal injury, toxic tort, and product liability lawsuits on behalf of major corporate clients, including Fortune 500 corporations. She has also worked for Jenkens & Gilchrist and Spain & Hastings handling similar types of cases.

Attorney Nicole Carroll has been admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Bar Association. As a founding partner of The Carroll Law Firm, Nicole Carroll has practiced family law extensively, serving as a lawyer for many satisfied clients.
