Clay Brian Carroll
Clay B. Carroll graduated from the University of Texas – San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and his Juris Doctorate from the University Cumberland School of Law. Clay Carroll is licensed to practice law in Texas (2001), and represents clients in cases involving product liability and asbestos litigation, premises liability, trial law, and wrongful death.
In June 2004, Clay Carroll assisted Ron Eddins in obtaining a $10 million jury verdict against Ford Motor Company in Brazoria County, Texas. This verdict is the largest in the history of asbestos litigation for a household mesothelioma victim.
Clay Carroll is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
